With 20 + years Ministering with youth I have found that young people fill our lives with a fresh spirit of service with their desire and compassion to help others in need and to make a difference in the world. I feel a call to share my faith and to serve alongside teens as they develop in their faith journey.
What I find the most exciting working with youth is their energy and enthusiasm; their sense of searching for something more – seeking a meaning/purpose for their life and helping them discover their gifts and talents. I am truly blessed as the Director of Children’s Faith Formation ministering with the children and helping them prepare to receive the gift of God’s grace through the sacraments and to empower the catechists in PREP.
I am more-than-happily married with two grown sons. My oldest son, Fr. Sean, is a priest for the Archdiocese of Louisville and my son Ryan and his wife Lilly have gifted us with two wonderful grandchildren! I live in Shepherdsville with my husband, Scott, and my border collie.
